Earning terms.

Plain words, because you should know exactly what you are agreeing to. When you tick the box in your back office you agree to all of this.

What you earn

30% of every Claude skill bought by somebody who came through your link.
$20 a month for every monthly Club member you send, for as long as they stay, or $200 a year for each yearly member.
10% of every skill sold from a tool page you were the first to add.
When people you sent share their own link: 5% of their skill sales and $5 a month for each Club member they send. Two levels, never more.

Any tool in the library can have one Keeper, picked by us from the people who apply. Applying is free, and nobody ever pays for a seat.
A Keeper does real work: a Keeper note on the tool's page with what people should know, kept current when the tool changes its price or features, and a check-in at least every 90 days. Miss it and the seat opens for somebody else; what you already earned stays yours.
While you keep a tool you earn 10% of every Claude skill bought to replace it, on the same hold, refund and payout rules as everything else, and never on your own purchase.
A seat is a job, not an investment. It has no value of its own, can't be sold or transferred, and nobody promises what any tool will earn.

A Tool License is a product: the done-for-you Claude skill for that tool and its walkthrough, the right to use it to do that work for your own clients and charge what you like, and 50% instead of the usual share on every replacement skill for that tool bought through your own link.
You never need a license to earn. Licenses are not exclusive, and you can own as many as you like. Each one only ever pays on sales made through your own link.
Nobody is paid for selling licenses, and nothing is paid on your own purchases. We make no promise of what a license will earn, and most people earn nothing unless they share their link.
The price depends on what the tool costs people and how much it is being checked, and it can change. You pay the price shown when you buy. Refunds within 14 days of buying.

Joining is free. You never have to buy anything to earn.
You are only ever paid on real purchases by real customers. Nothing is paid for sign-ups, free checks or for bringing in other affiliates.
You are not paid on your own purchases or on purchases by accounts you control.
The first link a visitor uses is remembered on their browser for 60 days. The first person to send an account keeps it.

Every commission is held 30 days in case of a refund. After that it is ready, and ready money is paid once a month to the method you saved (PayPal, Cash App, Venmo or Zelle).
If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the commission on it is removed, and if it was already paid it comes off your next payment.
You are an independent affiliate, not an employee. You handle your own taxes, and we may ask for a tax form before paying you.

Say you get paid, every time. Every post, video, email and message with your link says plainly that you earn if they buy. The kit in your back office has the line in it already.
No earnings claims. Never tell anybody how much they will make, and never show your own earnings as typical. Talk about what people save, which is the point.
No spam. No bought lists, no messages to people who did not ask, and every email you send follows the law: your real name, a real address and a working way to unsubscribe.
Be honest about the tools. Never say a tool or company is a scam, and never pretend to be a company or speak for one. The plans say keep it when something is worth paying for, and so should you.
No paid ads on other companies' brand names, and no ads that look like they come from us.

This is a paying beta. Products and prices can change. If commission rates change, you get 30 days' notice by email, and what you already earned stays earned.
We can close an account that breaks these terms, and commissions earned by breaking them are not paid.
